Emirates or widely known as Fly Emirates is a fast growing company. When the first time it was created in 1985, this company has already got the huge investment from UEA (Uni Emirate Arab). The growth become faster since in the recent years, they become a sponsor of the famous football team, Arsenal. Besides the company growth that was considered very good managed this company has a good track record on their airline journey.
Their initial flight was held on 25 October 1985 to Bombay, Delhi, and Karachi. The destination to Europe was added on July 1987 and another one was to Far East on June 1990. This company was situated in Dubai, Uni Emirate Arab. It has several connecting Airport such as on Changi International Airport, Singapore, another one is Suvarnabhumi International Airport, and Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport. Their most frequent destination is on Heathrow Airport (London), John F. Kennedy Airport, and Kingsford Smith International Airport. It delivers over than 100 destinations in 94 countries around the world.
However, this company that had a motto ‘Fly Emirates keep discovering’ had been created by Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum and Maurice Flanagan. Their fast growing movement happened in the early of 21st century. The unique story was at that time when most of airline companies survived from bankrupt situation and did some merger strategy, this company still survived on their own feet and served some destination to Middle East, India, Africa, Europe, and North America.
Nowadays, if you watched a football match in Europe championship, you will notice some uniform listed the name of Fly Emirates on the chest part of the player’s uniforms. This company is becoming wealth day by day because they promote their service through the most popular sport in the world league. Another fact is this company also had their own stadium and sometimes held a regional cup in it, participated by European soccer team.
Since it has several destinations worldwide, you must pay attention to yours. It is because the price is also varied. This company sometimes held a discount or promo for a certain flights. So, it is completely possible for you to get a cheap Aeroflot Airline ticket. The details of the price usually updated online by some ticket seller companies. Whether you want to go abroad or using the local flights, you will find that the airline provides Emirates Airlines low airfares.
The cheap Emirates Airlines tickets can be bought online or offline. However, the online ticket is mostly more popular choice. Nowadays, there are some online tickets sellers which sell the tickets online and usually you will get the price lower if you buy more than one seat. For seeking cheap Emirates Airlines tickets, you must be careful if it is done online. Don’t be tricked by some scammers who provide the unbelievable price. In another word, it is too good to be true. Pay attention only for the formal company which legally corporate with the Emirates Airlines. The legal company usually provides more detail price to another destination, the schedules, and what airport should we use.

Flew SFO-Dubai-Bahrain-Cochin-Dubai-SFO. Just logged in 20K miles flying both economy and Business Class. To sum it up - If you have not flown this, you don't know what Envy can be.
Economy Perks: Great Leg room, night sky technology, individual entertainment consoles, good food, alcohol yada yada yada.
Business Perks: Transformer Seats - seriously - 180 degrees into a fully reclining bed with in-built massage controls, alcohol, great food to keep you company, great service.
Yes - I love the colonial dialect.

SFO to IKA, layover in Dubai (twice, once business, once economy). Great service, friendly international staff and competitive rates

New supercharged jets with ample space, luxurious cabins and friendly supermodel hostesses. If that wasn't enough, the routes are the fastest in the world to reach far away destinations. I love to fly this airline to India, Europe and the Middle East. It is easier to fall asleep on the planes and arrive with relatively little jetlag.

We flew Emirates SFO to Nairobi via Dubai. I know we saved up for two years for this trip, but honestly, it felt like the lap of luxury, and that was in economy class! Call me a sucker for wood veneer and playing Bejewelled in a i've-been-flying-for-10-hours haze. Best airline breakfast ever (the Asian vegetarian option). We had great customer service the whole time - though the long layover in Dubai wasn't exactly appealing. I don't recommend seeing Dubai by taxi in the dark going to & from the hotel.
Bonus points for flying me over the North Pole.

Great airline! My wife and son flew from San Francisco to Ahmedabad via Dubai recently. The flight attendants are very kind. You receive a very warm welcome when boarding. Seats are not that comfortable on the San Francisco to Dubai flight, but they were excellent on the Dubai to Ahmedabad flight. Entertainment is excellent! Food is also great. Dubai Airport is very spacious and modern. Even I will try Emirates in the future, if I get an opportunity.

I just returned from a non-stop flight from Dubai to SFO economy class. The amenities were better than one usually experiences in coach and the food was good. Inflight entertainment is plentiful and the plane is really clean. I also appreciate being able to check two suitcases.
My biggest complaint was the inefficient boarding in Dubai - it seems that this process could use some management engineering to improve its efficiency.

My family flew Emirates for the first time this summer. I have to say that after reading the reviews here, we were hesitant. However, it was the shortest and more affordable flight we could find, so we braced ourselves and went.
We actually found that Emirates has pretty good customer and in-flight service. Good entertainment options, complimentary toys for kids, good food choices, complimentary "all-kinds" of drink options, and more. We were very happy with all that. The staff we encountered was very attentive and efficient. The flight attendants were very courteous, patient and accommodating. I was impressed with their patience and professionalism.
The problem with this SFO - DUBAI flight lies with the clientele that uses their services. From boarding to de-boarding at the destination, one can observe a display of rudeness, bad manners and lack of politeness from the part of fellow passengers that is very annoying. The total absence of civility, common sense, and let's not forget the body odor problem, are actually what make the flight experience rather painful to bear.
The only reason we don't give them 5 stars is because the seats we had carefully picked in advance were taken to accommodate a lady with a child on the lap that wanted to get a "free" seat for the child at the last minute. On our flight back, the same thing happened. Another lady purchased hers and her child's seat on different rows, and demanded they be placed together. We refused to be moved this time around. Instead of expecting people to move to accommodate their needs, parents MUST purchase seats for their children regardless. They should make sure to get their desired seats at the time of purchase.
The flight is indeed convenient, but flying economy in this case presents its challenges.

My Wife and I took a round trip from US to India with emirates. On our ongoing leg i.e. US to India we were surprised when our plane changed and all our seat preferences and meal preferences got changed. Frustrated we settled with what we got. But on our returning leg we were shocked when the flight got cancelled and we were put in a different flight with not preferrable timings. This change meant I will reach on a Monday (office day) and miss my office.
After having a lot of hassle we somehow got ourself booked in another flight that reached SFO on a sunday but we had to wait for a long time for our layover in Dubai. We were shocked with this service and with no one to support and help. We pay extra for emirates because of the quality and customer experience but this time it took a blow.
My wife and I decided that we will not be taking this flight in future.

Bangkok to Sydney. Have previously flown this leg 6 times with a well-known Thai based airline. As per our Sydney to Bangkok flight with Emirates the boarding was delayed. At least this time there were announcements from the boarding gate to explain what was happening. The dinner was a decent size but bland and tasteless. The menu only offers 1 dish to choose from. Then the so-called "breakfast" was just a tiny fruit salad with a bread roll. On the other airline I alluded to above the menu has 2 dishes to choose from (for both dinner & breakfast). The breakfast is also a full meal in itself. The cabin crew seemed a little more polite than on the Sydney to Bangkok leg although I still would not describe them as friendly or welcoming. They were a little slow to bring meals and water/tea/drinks etc. I thought the Inflight Entertainment was quite good with a wide selection of programs. I'd say both airlines are equal in that regard. They did hand out a little toiletries pack which is very handy and something the other airline doesn't do. They also gave our child a small pack with some items to keep him occupied. That was a nice touch and again something the other airline does not do. In summary I found Emirates to be overrated. The tickets were cheaper than the other airline by quite a few hundred dollars and did have a couple of little nice hand-outs the other airline does not. However I think that does not make up for the uncomfortable seating and unfriendly service.

Travelled on a Qantas ticket from Perth Australia to London Gatwick on 19th December. Firstly we could not find an overhead locker to out our 1 piece of luggage in. I asked an attendant to assist us and he stated "I am not a luggage attendant". Next it took 2 hours to be offered any form of refreshment and then it was abysmal. I wanted another drink and buzzed for assistance but nobody came. The inflight entertainment was excellent though but all in all a bad flight - Perth to Dubai. Dubai airport - the Emirates lounge was the best I have ever been in and enjoyed the 4 hour lay over. Dubai to Gatwick - slightly better as the staff were a little more customer focused. Food terrible though. Will be travelling back in the new year and am not looking forward to it but this time a stop over in Dubai may make the experience a little better. Never again will I travel on Emirates unless I can afford Business class.

Flew 6 flights recently in business with Emirates. All on 777 and A380. All flights on time Glasgow to Dubai then to Bangkok to Sydney Melbourne to Singapore then to Dubai and back to Glasgow. Every car arrived on time check in a breeze as was passport control with special pass. Made travelling a pleasure. All personnel were fantastic kind and attentive. Food great as was wine and in every detail Emirates are way beyond the competition. Have read some other reviews which are rather negative. Since we flew so many times I fail to understand the problem. Compared to recent BA experience to New York Emirates are on another level.

London Heathrow to DXB in Business Class on the A380. If business class was purely about the comfort of seating and the layout I would give Emirates 10/10. However, I witnessed a very different picture then to my expectations. Having flown Qatar airways throughout the years even on a Bahrain to Dubai flight via Doha, I was accustomed to high standards of service. The service from the crew was a letdown. I asked for a fruit platter and I was told by the crew that they would have to check whether they even have it available. I mean ridiculous that you would not have this to be served to a passenger twice. Frustrating was the fact that the crew did not even come back to tell me through out the whole flight that they did not have fruit plate available, which I think he assumed I forgot. Each and every time I requested something I had to typically wait longer then a passenger flying economy. I even did not garner a response from the crew that they were unable to carter to my request or an apology for the same. The food itself was not up to the exquisite taste we come to associate with this travel. Obviously I would not know better because I was not able to try another statement dish. I have had better, personal and quicker service in A380 economy where a crew is bound to serve more then 300-400 passengers. I do think I would appreciate a more personal response and attention then a standard we are sorry to hear of your inconvenience and regret the same. I am not going to risk that next trip unless I actually see an effort on part of the airline to make amends for its lackluster performance.

Flown Emirates from Gatwick LGW To Brisbane BNE via Dubai DXB. Seats was comfortable but the inflight entertainment was excellent. Cabin crews always smiled and food was ok. I would fly with them again.

We left Heathrow at 10.15pm, due to arrive in Dubai around 8am, so this is an overnight flight as I see it. So I didn't understand the logic of serving us a full dinner an hour into the flight and then breakfast 2 hours before landing. The cabin lights only went off for about an hour between these times, so overall it was almost impossible to sleep. When we checked in online we (couple with toddler son) were not given 3 seats together but the staff on the ground at LHR managed to talk someone into moving so we ended up together. Service on board was okay, but not up to the standards I have experienced in the past. Overall though, I cannot recommend this airline and flight for this route - if you are staying in Dubai you have had no chance to sleep and therefore you are going to have to manage 2 days awake in a row and probably not have a chance to enjoy your day in Dubai.

I really want to like Emirates so much but the variable nature of their service just makes the love difficult to give. It's the whole experience from check in at Sydney (the agent was very grumpy about my baggage being 4kgs over and did not like being told that as a Qantas FF I was well within my allowance) to onboard where the crew were nice but just lacked polish. It's a case of Emirates having expanded so swiftly that their staffing standards are haphazard. Small things such as bags with linen from the crew rest area being dumped at the back of the main deck - Just not a good look. Emirates fly from Sydney to where I need to get to globally but just make it difficult to love them.

Very comfortable seats, particularly on the Dublin - Dubai B777-300ER leg (the seats had a built-in massage function). Loved the bar on the Dubai-Melbourne A380 leg. Catering was better from Dubai-Melbourne, some of the meal selections did not translate to tasty meals on the first leg. Staff on both legs were exceptional, very friendly, courteous and nothing was too much of a problem for them. The lounge facilities in Dublin could be improved, however the lounge in Dubai was wonderful. The chauffer service was a nice touch and took the hassle out of getting home from Melbourne Airport. The only other criticism beyond the food (which is a small one) is that the flight display didn't work on the Dubai - Melbourne leg. Would highly recommend business class with this airline.

It's such a shame for the incompetence of their ground staff in johannesburg. I've never seen such shambles in my life. We were flying with our two 8 month old twins and 10 year old son. When we got to Johannesburg airport we already done online check in so just went to check out bags in. We waited right in front of the queue for a half hour because staff didn't know what they were doing then finally we got helped, it took the women another half hour to just check our bags in then she got all worried then told us she made a massive mistake, she put the previous passengers name tags on our bags so she had to change all the name tags. However, 2 bags were already sent down so she said she will go and change those tags. We quickly went to say goodbye to family and rushed through because we were running late due to the bag situation. While standing in the queue for ages at passport control one of the staff came and shouted at us because we holding the flight up I explained to her it was due to their incompetence we were late not ours - she rudely rushed us to the gate and saying one of our bags is at suspicious bags because there's a toy gun or aerosol can in it - neither of those items in it. When we got to the gate 15 mins before departure we were rudely spoken to by the other staff saying that we were kicked off. One of the staff members walked us to get our bags and out of departures lounge to rebook our flight. Then they realise that they put our tags on someone else's bags so two of our bags was missing, and other passengers wouldn't have their bags either. After 3 hrs of trying to locate our bags they finally decided that they think that our bags were on the flight to London. When rebooking our flight for the next day, they wanted to charge us an extra £500 per adult even though it was their fault we missed our flight. After speaking to the supervisor she said the only thing she can do to help us is only charging us a no show fee that was still £160. The next d
