Contact and corrections

Send the right request to the organisation that can act on it

DirectoFlight is an independent publisher. It does not hold reservations, payment details or airline records, so booking changes must go to the provider named on the confirmation.

01

Editorial correction

A strong correction identifies the exact page, the detail that changed and a current airport, airline, transport-operator or government source.

02

Commercial enquiry

A relevant proposal should improve flights, stays, ground transport or connectivity and support clear affiliate disclosure.

03

Booking support

Use the airline or booking provider shown on the confirmation for tickets, refunds, check-in and passenger-data changes.

Information to prepare

For a content issue, save the DirectoFlight URL, a short description and the primary source. For a reservation problem, keep the booking reference, operating carrier, passenger name and flight details together, but send them only through the provider’s verified support channel. Never publish passport, card or booking information in a public comment.

Safety boundary

Do not send card numbers, passwords, passport scans or full booking documents to DirectoFlight. A genuine airline or booking provider can identify the secure channel it requires. DirectoFlight will never claim it can alter a third-party reservation.

If a third party claims to represent DirectoFlight while requesting payment or sensitive documents, stop and verify the domain and recipient independently. The public site does not sell tickets directly. Keep screenshots of the request and report suspicious contact through the genuine provider’s published security channel.

For time-sensitive travel disruption, use the operating airline or airport immediately rather than waiting for an editorial response.
